Red, graphite and oil on paper, 26"x34"
On Sunday, June 24 I was awarded first place in the 1212 Gallery Exhibition for the Arts 2007 for this piece, "Red." I started with a graphite drawing, then added color with oils. I love working with the figure and experimenting with color.

Hi Elizabeth. I did not know you were interested in figures. I love these works. The colors are so lovely. I would love to see them up close.
